Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data is collected when you visit liderpet.com.tr, how it is used, and how embedded third-party content handles data. For detailed information on the processing of personal data, see our Data Protection Notice.

Data we collect

What you send us. When you complete the contact form we record your first name, last name, company, phone number, e-mail address, subject and message. When you apply for a job we additionally record the position applied for and the CV file you upload.

Collected automatically. When a form is submitted we record your IP address and browser information in order to prevent abuse. Server logs also hold the request time and address.

The site has no user accounts, membership or shopping features.

Cookies

No advertising or tracking cookies are used on this site, and no visitor analytics tool is running. Technical entries may be kept in your browser to remember site preferences such as your language choice.

The embedded content described below may set cookies through its own providers. You can block these in your browser settings; if you do, the relevant content may not work.

Embedded third-party content

• Google Maps — the office location map on the contact page is loaded from Google servers.
• YouTube — the corporate film on the home page opens through YouTube when you press play.

Your IP address is transmitted to the relevant provider while this content loads. Their data practices are governed by their own privacy policies.

CV files

CVs uploaded with job applications are not written to a public directory; they can only be viewed by authorised staff with access to the admin panel. Files are retained for a maximum of 2 years.

Security

The website and admin panel are served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to form data is limited to authorised staff. Even so, no transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be absolutely secure.
